| You're right. Ash didn't deserve a bashing based on a300zx4u2c's posting alone but the numbers, diversity, and passion of the posts speaks volumes. I did research this site two months ago, enough to recognize some people had some misgivings. Ash is very sharp, he's posted some very constructive information on this site. I've been in contact with him via e-mail and phone in the past... but that was then. Now there's silence. Had I seen something like this I would have been a lot more leery. Looking back that would have been good information to have, right? Now that everyone sees how such useful information is quickly deleted I have to wonder how much other useful information is deleted. Why jeopardize the whole site's credibility for one member alone? What's wrong with 'vote to delete'? Probably some posts are being tamed to avoid being deleted outright. And if so one can hone their 'search skills' for years and still come to the same conclusion: Skies are blue if you only wear rosey glasses. Let's get real! Easy with the delete button.
